With a modest modern touch to a century old historical cottage, this project reinterprets the historical front facade in tint of modern sense while completely modernize interior and rear facade utilizing warm oak trims and a carefully chosen color palette within open modest white space.

The project is located in the historical Ellsworth Roming neighborhood of the downtown Lafayette Indiana.
